🔁 Refund, Replacement & RTO Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fashion Bites. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

📌 Policy Summary 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are applicable only in RTO (Return to Origin) cases. Replacement is allowed only for damaged or wrong products, and customers must provide a full, unedited unboxing video for approval. No replacement is allowed for size, fit, or personal preference issues, and order cancellation is permitted only before the product is shipped. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and refer to the size chart before placing your order.

1.❌ No Refund Policy (General) 

We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered, except in cases of RTO (Return to Origin) as explained below.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • The wrong size was selected by the customer (please check the size chart before ordering)
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or print due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing process
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Successfully delivered orders

2.❌ Order Cancellation Policy 

  • Customers may cancel an order only before it is shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email.

3.🔄 Replacement Policy (Damaged or Wrong Product Only) 

Replacement is allowed only if:

  • The received product is damaged, or
  • The received product is wrong.

🔴 Mandatory conditions for replacement:

  • The customer must provide a full, unedited, unboxing video, starting before opening the package, clearly showing the shipping label.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Replacement is allowed only once per order.

All replacement requests are subject to internal quality verification. Once approved, replacements will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

🚫 No Replacement Will Be Accepted If:

  • The full unboxing video is not provided or unclear.
  • The product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Tags or packaging are removed.
  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.

The issue is related to size, fit, or personal preference.

4.🔁 Refund in RTO (Return to Origin) Cases 

Refunds are applicable only in RTO cases, when the order is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
  • An incorrect or incomplete address was provided
  • Delivery refusal by the customer

🔴 Mandatory RTO refund conditions:

  • Refund will be processed only after the product is received back and passes the internal quality check.
  • Shipping and RTO charges will be deducted.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

5.🚚 Shipping & Delivery Issues 

If the product is lost in transit:

  • We will re-ship the product.

If the delivery package appears tampered, customers should refuse delivery and immediately contact us via WhatsApp or Email.

6.💳 Payments & Chargebacks

For:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Failed transactions where the amount is debited
